Dawkins Evolves Foot in Mouth
Richard Dawkins, the darling of evolutionists and atheists and the author of pseudo science books such as The God Delusion, revealed his true colors when he tweeted to his one million followers the following statement regarding pregnant women who have had their unborn child diagnosed with Down syndrome:
"Abort it and try again. It would be immoral to bring it into the world if you have a choice."
I'm still waiting for Dawkins to suffer the same condemnation from the evolutionist and atheist communities as Mel Gibson did from the movie community and Paula Dean from the TV community for unfortunate statements about Jews and blacks respectively.
Dawkins is upset that people are upset at his statement. It has not hurt his twitter following; he still has over 1 million followers. I don't see a overwhelming response from the evolutionist community for Dawkins to retract his statement and he stands by what he says. The morality of evolution is to kill people that are not evolved to the standards of evolutionists like Dawkins. Another group of evolutionists had the same value system; the Nazis plan was to eliminate all kinds of people who did not meet their standards.
Gratefully, the majority of Americans reject Dawkin's extreme views. While he is under the impression that the life of an atheist evolutionist is the only rational choice for an educated modern human, the evidence has proved to be just the opposite.
As carefully documented in Rodney Stark's scholarly book, America's Blessing: How Religion Benefits Everyone, Including Atheists, People who are religious are less likely to get in trouble with the law, they attain a higher level of education, they contribute more money and time to nonreligious charities, they live longer, are healthier, and have less mental illness and they are more likely to enjoy the classical arts. They even have more satisfying love lives.

Why anyone would fall for the untruth that atheists have evolved to a superior level of human existence is beyond me. If Facebook comments are representative, many atheists are negative, foul mouthed, bitter, spiteful and mocking of believers. Why they would choose a lifestyle that results in more arrests, shorter lifespans, worse health, greater mental illness and a less happy love life is evidence that they may not be as rational as they believe.
